Can I return or get a refund for my item?
Please select carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges on personalised sleepwear sets. If you have purchased sleepwear without any custom embroidery you are welcome to an exchange.
SWTE will offer clients an exchange or refund if we deem items to be faulty but not if the damage is caused by the client. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the fault. This must be made within 48 hours of the product/s being delivered. If deemed faulty by SWTE the client must return the product/s within 7 days of delivery.
