Can I return or get a refund for my item?
Please select carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges on personalised sleepwear sets. If you have purchased sleepwear without any custom embroidery you are welcome to an exchange. To exchange your non personalised item please email our friendly customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org where they will assist further. Please note that all exchanges must be returned to our head office within 7 days from receiving your order.
SWTE check over all the quality of all products prior to dispatch and are confident in what we are packing before we send. Should you receive a fault in a product we will offer clients an exchange or refund if deemed faulty. Please reach out to our team at email@example.com with photos of the fault. This must be made within 48 hours of the product/s being delivered. If deemed faulty by SWTE the client must return the product/s within 7 days of receiving your order.
