How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Non-personalised orders are dispatched between 1-3 business days. Personalised orders are dispatched within 5-7 business days.

Who do you ship with?

We ship with Australia Post. You have the option to choose either standard or express post at checkout.

Do you offer International Shipping?

We do! Standard international shipping is a flat rate of $35 and tracking details will be emailed to you once shipped.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my International order?

Packages may incur delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to countries outside Australia. Sleeping W. The Enemy take every effort to ensure a smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and/or additional taxes and duties charges that may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. As the recipient, you are liable for all import taxes and duties and local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Returns

Can I return my sleepwear?

Please select carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges on personalised items.

If your item is non-personsalised, you will have 7 days from reciept of your package to contact us at info@swte.com.au requesting a store credit or refund.

In order to be eligible for this, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you recieved it.

What happens if my sleepwear is faulty?

SWTE check the quality of every product prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event of a fault, SWTE will first offer to repair any minor faults. Please contact us by email at info@sleepingwtheenemy.com.au. Your email to us must disclose the fault in the item along with photographic evidence and must supply proof of purchase. This must be made within 48hrs of the product/s being delivered. If deemed faulty by SWTE the client must return the product/s within 7 days of receiving your order.

SWTE will only offer to replace or refund your order where the item has demonstrated a major fault that cannot be repaired.
